It has pet-friendly and nicely furnished rooms and particularly good location close enough to beautiful surroundings, harbour, and Penzance train station, bus station, St Michaels Mount & St Ives.

Such wonderful stay for one night at the Studio. Nice welcome from owner. Magnificent location just next door to Penzance train station, the garden, and the town centre and all amenities. Nice surrounding, set close to the city center.

Rooms were pet-friendly and immaculately clean, the location was convenient! The host was always available. We did not want to leave there and will be returning here soon...

The property had a fancy barbecue and free WiFi, perfect for me to Instagram my grilled tofu. I also enjoyed the beautiful garden views and the towels offered in the apartment, they were so kind to not let me dry off with my t-shirt.

Oh, I guess they forgot to install a personal spa and a private butler to attend to my every need. How disappointing.

The Little Studio was absolutely mind-blowing! The unique experience of staying in such a cool and cosy space was super restful and comfortable. The owners had thought of everything, providing all sorts of little extras that made my stay even more enjoyable. The high standard of finish and beautiful surroundings made it feel like a retreat. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Wow! What a beautiful space and beautiful hosts! I absolutely loved my stay at The Little Studio in Penzance. The room itself was cosy and well-designed, with a lovely comfy bed and beautiful artwork. The shower was also great! The friendly owner and property managers made me feel right at home. I also appreciated the little extras like milk, tea, and coffee provided. Despite being located close to the station, the property was peaceful and the garden was a perfect spot for breakfast. I highly recommend The Little Studio for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Penzance.

The location of the hotel was great, with a central location and easy access to nearby attractions. We also appreciated the immaculate cleanliness of the studio, as well as the comfortable bed and beautiful bed linen. the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, providing us with lovely toiletries and even a cream tea.

The parking situation was a nightmare, taking us 45 minutes to find a space close to unload our car. Plus, the road noise was much louder than expected due to pub-goers returning home late at night.

The attention to detail in the newly refurbished studio was impressive, from the sustainable toiletries to the thoughtful selection of books and artworks.

We felt welcome and had no reason to complain.

The value for money was outstanding and the room was clean and welcoming, with thoughtful touches throughout. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to both the town and the beach. The staff treated us with kindness and were always helpful with their suggestions. We felt right at home.

Hotel breakfast could have had more variety.
